Over the course of 12 weeks, we systematically address all 6 Foundations of Health Strategy by Design. This is a partnership where we look at every angle of your daily rhythm to ensure your environment, habits, and body are all working with you and not against you to create a life where your mind and body are in alignment.

  • Comprehensive Foundation Audit: We begin by discussing your day-to-day routine.  Where are the barriers you face when you want to make a change?  Where is your current routine working for you?

  • Bi-Weekly Deep Dives: We meet every other week (in person or virtually) for an in-depth one-hour session. These sessions allow us the time to build the improvements of each Foundation into your routine.  By discussing your daily rhythms, figuring out what works and what doesn’t work, we work together to integrate new routines that feel natural and sustainable.
