i am a native of madison, wisconsin. after living in colorado for 21 years, i returned to my home town to be closer to family and friends, in colorado, i was a private swimming and figure skating coach. i also owned a small business, a swim school, for 7 years.

i first learned about energy healing in my teens while studying dance.the studio where i took classes brought in an energy healer to help with strained and sour muscles. that experience opened a door for me.

i realized that there is a synchronicity between myself and the life force that flows around me. i started to use energy healing for my own illnesses, anxieties, and sore muscles.

i studied energy healing in all it’s many forms and systems on my own for several years. after much research and reading, i choose to become certified as a reiki master through one on on in-person training.

as i work with clients, i am continually amazed at the simplicity, beauty, and effectiveness of

reiki therapy.
